ARTIST BIO

Dawn Dumont is a Plains Cree comedian and actress from Canada. She's performed at comedy clubs across North American including the Gotham Comedy Club, the Comic Strip and Yuk Yuk's Canada. Her comedy style has been described as a coy smile covering a killer wit.

Dawn is also a comedy writer and has written for the stage, radio, film and television. She's currently developing her one woman show, "Fancy Dancer," a play about violence against American Indian women.
