ARTIST BIO

Tiana Sunshine Silva of the Shinnecock and Hassanamisco Nation was born and raised on Long Island NY. She started to perform at age 3. She was a dancer at Maryanne's dance studio until 1992. In 1993 Tiana was cast to sing a "jingle" on a national commercial "Roppamotion". Unfortunatly the commercial never aired, but, it was great exposure to the real business of performance. At 17 she was cast as leads in her award winning high school drama department. When high school finished she decided to persue acting full time. Since 1998 Tiana has been cast in theater shows such as Eve Enslers "V Day", "We got Issues. For film and television she was cast as an Emlo on the BBC's rapture television and Flaca on NBC'S universal Law and Order. Tiana is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and continues to work as an actress. She aslo is a singer/songwriter. She performs live around the NYC area with fellow musicians. She can play the guitar, piano, and bass clarinet (if needed).
